Cancelling Membership
Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically entitle the member to a refund.

Refunds
Digital memberships are activated immediately after purchase.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once access is provided.
Refunds are not offered once membership access has begun, except where required by UK law.

Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer law, a 14-day cooling-off period may apply to digital services.
By completing your purchase and accessing the membership immediately, you expressly agree to waive this cooling-off period.
This does not affect your rights where the service is faulty or not provided as described.
